Bruce Carroll Dennis

Bruce "Moose" Carroll Dennis, 74, from Baltimore MD. passed away Wednesday January 27th, 2026 at Autumn Lake Rehab and Home in Catonsville.

Bruce was born April 19, 1951, son of Milton & Evelyn (Babikow) Dennis, brother to Larry Dennis & brother-in-law to Sandy Dennis. Bruce had 2 nieces Kim Ricker her husband and son & Kelly Dennis and Nephew Paul Dennis his wife and their children.

Bruce Dennis and former spouse Susan Wagner had one daughter Jaime Lynn Wolf (Dennis) & father-in-law to Nicholas Wolf. He also has one grand bird Mr. Pickles and one grand cat Finley. 

Bruce graduated from Overlea High School and worked for Baltimore County Recreation and Parks for many years. He prepared baseball diamonds, helped snow removal, did welding and other jobs for the county until he retired in the mid 2000's. 

Bruce Loved the outdoors. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, archery, camping and primitive technology. He made knives and loved to go with friends to the forge. He also loved his burrito\Best Buy shopping night on Wednesdays with his best friend which led to his collecting DVD's. In his younger years he oil painted and sketched often. Bruce loved riding his motorcycle and loved his trucks. He was also an animal lover and adopted many cats, birds, rabbits, dogs and even hamsters in his life. Bruce loved baseball and football. He was a big fan of the Baltimore Orioles and the Ravens. He was an excellent cook and often would practice making dishes until perfected.

 Bruce would not want us to mourn his passing, so a celebration of life will be held on his birthday this April. Details on the event will be sent at a later date. In lieu of flowers, just remember the good times and leave a message of love & memories below.
