Dennis’s life was marked by a commitment to education and service. He graduated from Calvert Hall High School before earning degrees from the University of Maryland, Loyola University, and George Washington University. He was deeply committed to his team and to the welfare of veterans, always striving to improve their care and support. His leadership was characterized by compassion, integrity, and a relentless focus on serving those who served our country.
