It is with great sadness to announce that Frank Herbert Owens Jr. Beloved son, brother and uncle passed away on May 8th, 2026. Frank was born in Baltimore Maryland to parents Frank Herbert Owens Sr. and Regina Bell Owens. They lived in the Cherry Hill community on Seabury Rd. until age 7 shortly thereafter the family moved to Winston Salem NC where Frank lived until his early twenties. In 1988 Frank returned to Baltimore MD where he lived until his passing. He is proceeded in death by his father Frank Herbert Owens Sr. He is survived by his mother Regina Owens two brothers Marvin Owens and Andre Owens, and one sister Christina Johnson and a host of Nieces and Nephews.

Frank was a loving son, and brother who took time each week to call family members to express his love and concern for them. Frank was also a God-fearing man, and as a member of Jehovah's Witnesses, he enjoyed sharing his faith with others, it brought him great joy to share the bibles hope of a better future with all who would listen. All who had the pleasure of knowing Frank thought very highly of him and enjoyed his company there wasn't a person he met that didn't soon become very fond of him. Frank suffered from mental illness while living in Baltimore and his loving aunt Mary Patterson Bridgeford provided tender love and care for him. Frank will be deeply missed by his family and many friends. There will be a memorial service for Frank at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses 5524 Liberty Heights Ave Baltimore Maryland June 20, 2026, at 2:00pm.
