George Charles Frey, 74, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family, after a courageous battle with Parkinson’s Disease. A devoted son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, and great-Pop Pop, he leaves behind a legacy of love. A man who was the life of the party, never missed a chance to tell a joke and loved to be with his family. Born in Baltimore to the late Edward and Lousie (nee Dunkerly) Frey. Preceded in death by his brother Richard Frey and sister Edith “Sue” Curry.
Beloved husband to the love of his life the late Linda M. Frey (nee Keil), loving father of Michele Kline (Jerry), Melissa Healey (Donald) and Kimberly Robertson (Richard). Grandfather of Katie, Shelby, Sam, Michael, Delaney and Zachary. Great "Pop-Pop George" of Isabella, Jackson, Olivia, JJ, Lilymarie, Taylor, and Amelia.
He is also survived by his brother Edward Frey (Ruth), sisters Louise Gemmill (Bob), and Pam Minnick, and many nieces, nephews and loving friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at American Legion Dewey Lowman Post 109, 1610 Sulphur Spring Rd, Halethorpe 21227 on Sunday, September 7th, 2025, from 1pm- 5pm.
