Jacob Michael Maguire

Jacob Michael Maguire (22) of Timonium MD died May 26 2026. Jake was born in Pikesville MD on May 25, 2004, to Jim & Reet Maguire. He attended Cambridge School in Pikesville, and Dulaney High in Timonium. He was attending CCBC, studying Civil Engineering & Environmental Science. 

He was loved by all, especially by animals & people who love animals: On the day before he died, he rescued a baby deer that was trapped in a neighbor’s fenced-in backyard, by picking it up & carrying it to safety. 

He was in Boy Scout Troop 35, where he organized several community service projects & completed three 40-Mile hikes. His hobbies included gardening & everything about cars: Between high school & college, he worked for an auto restoration shop, doing welding & sheet metal work on vintage cars & trucks. He loved classic rock from the 1980’s and alternative rock. 

Jake is survived by brother Josh Maguire, and by parents Jim & Reet Maguire. 

His memorial service will be held at: Grace Fellowship Church 9505 Deereco Road Timonium MD Saturday June 6 @ 1pm
