Janis Jones

Janis Anne Jones of Annapolis, Maryland died on February 4 2026 at the age of 75. Janis lived her entire 75 years in the city of Annapolis. She graduated from Annapolis Sr. High School in 1969 with her beloved friends that were with her until the end (60 plus years of friendship). Janis is survived by her adoring husband Darriel Jones along with her children Jennifer Kolk (Eric), Sarah Brown and Thomas Brown; her three grandchildren Mya Sibley, Ella McCathran and Corrine Olivo; and her sister Sally Foster and brother-in-law Dale Foster. Janis was a Light in the lives of everyone that knew her and loved her. She fought extremely difficult health battles over the years until God decided she needed peace and took her home to rest. She will be greatly missed.
