Jeffery Allen Cordell, Jr.

Jeffery Allen Cordell Jr., 39, of Hagerstown, Maryland went to be with the lord on Thursday April 16th, 2026. 

He was born on August 9th, 1986, in Chambersburg, PA, the son of Jeffery Cordell Sr and Debra Cordell. He was preceded in death by both sets of grandparents and several aunts and uncles. He was a 2005 graduate from James Buchanan High School. 

In his younger years he had an advent love for eagle scouts as he earned the highest level in eagle scouts. He spent a lot of time at the Sinoquipe Scout Reservation volunteering during the summers. In his most recent years he spent his time volunteering at the Reach of Washington County in Maryland helping others. He enjoyed riding motorcycles and working on fast cars. He had become very close with a member named Jess Angle which led to a very close friendship. 

He is survived by his father, Jeffery Allen Cordell Sr, of Hagerstown, MD. His mother Debra Kay Cordell, of Chambersburg, PA. His brother Rondey (Angel) Sites of Shippensburg, PA. His two aunts, Sandy (Dennis) Brechbill, of Chambersburg, PA and Patsy Cordell, of Shippensburg, PA; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

There will be a private ceremony for immediate family only.
