Kimberly Gordon

Kimberly P. Gordon (nee- Dombrowski) took her place in Heaven on July 17, 2026. Born and raised in Somerville, N.J. She attended Somerville High School where she participated in the Thespian Society and served on the yearbook staff. Kim was invited to attend the World Scholar Athlete Games at Rhode Island University, one of only 75 aspiring young writers around the world. She graduated from Raritan Valley Community college with a degree Journalism, Rowan University with a degree in Communications and OSU with a degree in Graphic Design. 

She met her husband Stephen after college and relocated to Oklahoma. They spent 13 wonderful years together. Kim was kind-hearted and never hesitated to defend anyone who she felt was being mistreated. She had a great sense of humor and always kept us laughing. Kim loved to read as much as she loved to write. She also enjoyed football, hockey, crocheting, quick point and counted cross stitch, some of which were her own designs. She loved music and karaoke and her favorites to sing were “Bohemian Rhapsody” and anything by Billy Joel. She also loved animals. 

Kim was predeceased by her loving husband Stephen Gordon and her father Tom Dombrowski. Those remaining to cherish her memory are her mother Frances Dombrowski, sisters Heather and Stephanie Dombrowski, nephew Dru Ovares, his daughter Dakota. Funeral arrangements are pending and will be announced in the near future.
