Lynda Anne Alexander (née Hubbach) passed away suddenly, on April 22, 2026.

Lynda was born on July 21, 1942, in Baltimore, Maryland.  She is survived by her devoted husband, Oscar Alexander. Together, they enjoyed many years of traveling and sharing their great love of music and film.

A graduate of Milford Mill High School, Lynda enjoyed a long career as a hair stylist, and later, a second career as a medical claims examiner.  She enjoyed creative writing, studying history, and sharing her Christian faith.   

In addition to her husband, Lynda is survived by her three daughters, Kimberly Ryland Battistone (husband, Gregory), Nancy Ryland Fallon (husband, Patrick), and Jennifer Anne Quade (partner, Jeff Spotts);  five grandchildren, Samantha (husband, Alexander), Jessica (husband, Brandon), Jordan, Ethan, and William;  and two great-grandchildren.

Lynda was preceded in death by her parents, the late John Henry Hubbach and Anne Marie (Mossman) Hubbach;  her son, Mark Andrew Ryland; and her brother, Robert Hubbach.

Honoring Lynda's wishes, services will be private.
