Patricia Taylorson

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our mother, Patricia A. Taylorson, 76, who passed peacefully in her sleep on December 25th, 2025. Born on March 23, 1949, to Oscar D. Cully Jr. and H. Elizabeth (nee Herrlich) Cully, in Baltimore City, MD. She grew up in Baltimore County with her loving parents and brother, Bruce Cully. A graduate of the University of Mary Washington, she would return to Timonium-Lutherville to go on and do the job she considered the most important, being a mom. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and a friend to many. Patricia, or "Trish" as she was known to her friends and family, dedicated her life to caring for her family.  She also loved participating in her church. She was a mother to five children: Karen Mangold, Marc Taylorson, R. Carey Taylorson, Edward Taylorson, Kelly Halko and daughter-in-laws Lisa (Marc) Taylorson and Tracey (Carey) Lambright. She is also survived by her seven (7) grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, in-laws and extended family. She was preceded in death by her son, R. Carey Taylorson in 2015 and her brother, Bruce Cully in 2024. She loved reading, gardening and home decorating and had previously worked as a teacher and retail manager. She spent countless hours volunteering at her church. A celebration of life will be held January 24th, 2026 at 2pm - 6pm at the VFW Post 8672 Jubilee, 1714 Morse Rd., Jarrettsville, MD 21084.
