Rosanna McKinley

Rosanna McKinley passed away on June 19, 2026 in Anne Arundel County, Maryland.

We remember her, born to Henrietta Samuels on August 21, 1971. She grew up in Chicago, Illinois, went to school for accounting, and graduated with honors and her Associates degree. She later moved to Texas and worked as an Accountant. She had her son, Matthew McKinley, on December 28, 2001. Soon after he commissioned into the Navy, she moved to Baltimore, Maryland.

She was always quick to help others, a very caring soul; and was known to always persevere during hard times with a joyous smile. She was active in her communities, checking on others and making sure those around her were taking care of themselves. She is survived by her son, Matthew McKinley, and her grandson, Mechai McKinley

She had 4 brothers, and has 3 surviving sisters: Doreen Whisby, Myra Usher, and Valerie Sanders; and many other family members. She will always be remembered and loved forever by her family, all of the lives she touched, and her son.
