Vicki McGowan Smith - also known as Grandma, Grand Vicki- transitioned peacefully from this life after 76 years of life on this Earth. She was eagerly welcomed by her parents, 2 sisters and 1 brother that preceded her. She will be missed by her 4 children and 8 grandchildren along with all of the lives she has touched over the years.
