William Bobo, sadly passed away on December 17, 2025, in Parkville, Maryland. Born on April 28, 1981, in West Virginia, William was known for his warm nature and dedication to both his work and his loved ones.

William began his culinary career at JJ’s Everyday Cafe, where his passion for cooking first ignited. His professional journey led him to embrace more prominent roles, serving as Sous Chef at Piv’s Pub, where he showcased his skills and brought joy to patrons through his culinary creations and later as the kitchen manager at Bar Louie. Most recently, he worked at D’Jour Lounge in Parkville.

With a nurturing spirit, William was a man who embodied kindness. He was always willing to lend a hand to those in need, often seen as a quiet but caring presence among friends and family. He attended school in Petersburg, WV, where he not only pursued his education but also played baseball, a sport that fostered his love for teamwork and camaraderie.

Outside of work, William found great joy in the outdoors. He spent many days camping and fishing, often accompanied by friends and family, enjoying the simple pleasures of life. He was a devoted fan of the Ravens and the Orioles, frequently cheering for his teams.

William is survived by his beloved siblings and their spouses: Ashley and Mike Otto of Baltimore, MD, Roxane and DJ Kable of Dundalk, MD, Billie Jo and David Evans of Maysville, WV, and Charles and Cassandra Bobo of Charleston, WV, along with aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, William Bobo; mother, Tammy Richardson; stepfather, Calvin Richardson; and sister, Judy Bobo.

William Bobo will be remembered not only for his culinary talents but also for the kindness he extended to everyone he encountered. His legacy of compassion and love will continue to resonate with all whose lives he touched.

A celebration of life will be planned for a later date.
