William (Billy) Meekins, 78, of Bel Air, MD, passed away on November 18, 2025 after bravely fighting Parkinson's Disease for six years. Billy was born in Maryland to Nathaniel (Jack) Meekins, (Deceased), and Dorothy Mae Meekins. He met and married the love of his life, Sandra (Sandi) Meekins in 1967. He loved Antique Toys, Hotrods, he was a custom knife maker. Also loved Motorcycles, he was a lifetime member of Knights of the Road Motorcycle Club. He was a former member of Vintage Tin of Maryland. He worked at the Port of Baltimore most of his adult life for various car importers. He is survived by his wife of 58 years Sandra (Sandi) Meekins, Son Joshua (Josh) Meekins (Adrienne Oswald), Mother, Dorothy Mae Meekins (102) and Grandaughter, Emily Rose Meekins, and many Neices, Nephews and Cousins. He will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him.
